You don’t have to carry this alone.
A place to practice being human — together.
There is something that happens in a room — or on a beach, or in a field — when people decide to show up honestly for one another. Something that can’t happen in individual therapy, no matter how good it is.
Group therapy is what I call a laboratory for intimacy — a place to run experiments in real time. To try saying the hard thing. To practice receiving care. To discover how you land on other people and how they land on you. It can be messy and uncomfortable and, when it works, profoundly transformative.
Every group I facilitate draws on the same foundation: psychoeducation to help you understand what is happening and why; learning communication and relationship skills; the opportunity to share your story and have it witnessed; and creative, action-oriented experiential methods that move healing out of the head and into the body, the hands, the room.
Each group listed here serves a different population and a different wound. But all of them are built on the same belief: that healing happens in community, and that you are more capable of connection than you may currently believe.

The Sex Addiction Therapy Group for Men is currently active. All other groups are forming now — reach out to get on the waiting list.
Sex Addiction Therapy Group for Men
Active NowSex addiction is an intimacy disorder. It thrives on secrecy, shame, resentment, and unresolved emotion — and it cannot survive rigorous honesty, authentic connection, and sustained accountability.
This group is a laboratory for exactly that. Here you will meet men who share similar struggles and similar desires: men who want to lean more fully into life, who are in pursuit of meaningful relationships, sustained serenity, and long-term sobriety.
Research continues to reveal how unresolved trauma drives addictive processes. While active recovery from sex addiction is required to participate, the focus of this group is less on recovery mechanics and more on resolving the underlying trauma that fuels the addiction. We use action-oriented experiential therapy methods — not just talking about the work, but doing it.
Participants can expect to:
Discover the origins of their addiction and how it manifests · Learn to identify and express vulnerable emotions · Experience emotional intimacy, trust, and authentic connection · Grieve losses · Build healthy boundaries · Improve communication · Reduce shame and learn to receive love · Explore family systems and how to create healthier relationships
Cost: $60 per 90-minute session
An individual screening session is required for new participants. Reach out to inquire about current availability — meeting time is shared upon screening.
Requirements
Participants must be in active recovery, demonstrated through consistent 12-step attendance, follow-through on commitments, and regular connection with recovery peers outside of group.
Group meets every other week. Erratic attendance disrupts the group process. Participants agree to prioritize attendance as much as possible.
Who attends and what is said in group stays in group — not shared with spouses, partners, sponsors, or anyone outside. Confidentiality is essential for group safety.
Betrayed Partners Therapy Group
Now FormingBetrayal trauma is a particular kind of wound — one that doesn’t just hurt, but destabilizes your sense of reality, your ability to trust, and your understanding of the relationship you thought you had.
This group provides a healing community for people who have experienced emotional or sexual betrayal in a romantic relationship. We will address the traumatic wound directly and provide education on the questions that betrayed partners carry:
How do I ever trust again? · When is it safe to be sexual again? · Do I really know everything? · How do we disclose to children, or to others? · Do I bear any responsibility for my partner’s behavior? · What does reconciliation actually look like?
Open to any adult regardless of gender. Betrayal can be recent or long past. Current relationship status is irrelevant — whether you have ended the relationship, are working on it, are uncertain, or are well into reconciliation, you are welcome here.
Format: Weekly or every other week (group consensus). Minimum 8 weeks, option to continue.
Size: Maximum 6 participants, minimum 5.
Cost: $60 per session. As a closed group, participants pay for their seat regardless of ability to attend a given session.

Grief Healing Group
Now FormingGrief is not one thing. It comes from death, yes — but also from estrangement, from accident and illness, from loss of a home, a role, a version of yourself. Whatever brought you here, your grief deserves to be witnessed.
This is a closed group — any adult who is grieving is welcome, regardless of the nature of the loss. We will move through the grief together using a combination of narrative sharing and creative, experiential methods for expressing and releasing what we carry.
Format: 6 to 8 weeks, closed group.
Size: Maximum 6 participants, minimum 5.
Cost: $60 per session. Participants pay for their seat for the full group regardless of ability to attend every session. Attendance at every session is strongly encouraged.

Pet Loss Therapy Group
Now FormingPet loss is disenfranchised grief — the kind that the world tends to minimize, even when the loss is devastating. When we can’t grieve fully, grief stagnates. It becomes depression, despair, a weight that doesn’t lift.
This group exists to provide a community of fellow animal lovers where the loss of a beloved pet is taken seriously, witnessed fully, and grieved well. We will share the stories of our lost animal family members and engage in creative, experiential exercises to help move the grief through.
Format: 6 to 8 weeks, with the option to continue if the group wishes. Weekly or every other week, determined by group consensus.
Size: Maximum 6 participants, minimum 5.
Cost: $60 per session. As a closed group, participants pay for their seat regardless of ability to attend every session.

General Relationship Group
Now FormingI don’t know about you, but if I was ever given the Relationship 101 Manual, I must have lost it along the way. Most of us were never explicitly taught how to be in relationship. We absorbed patterns — from our families, our early experiences, our wounds — and we carry them forward, often without knowing it.
This group is what I call a laboratory for intimacy: a safe place to run experiments, practice showing up, and learn how you relate — and how small shifts in that style can change the quality of every relationship you have. We will explore the family-of-origin roots of how we connect, examine how childhood experiences and unresolved trauma influence the way we show up, and practice something different together.
Open to any adult interested in improving their relationship skills.
Format: Weekly or every other week, determined by group consensus.
